Refund & Cancellation Policy
Fresh As A Rose (F.A.A.R.)

Fresh As A Rose (F.A.A.R.) is committed to providing reliable and compassionate in-home care services. In order to respect the time and availability of our caregivers, the following Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all scheduled services.
Appointment Cancellations
If a scheduled appointment must be canceled or rescheduled, we kindly request that notice be provided as early as possible.
Last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.
A cancellation made shortly before the scheduled appointment time will result in a 50% service fee for the reserved appointment.
This fee helps compensate for the time that was set aside specifically for the client.
Prepaid Services
If services were prepaid and a cancellation occurs:
• No refunds will be issued for last-minute cancellations.
• However, prepaid funds may be applied toward a future appointment, subject to scheduling availability.
This allows families the flexibility to reschedule services when needed.
Respectful Environment Policy
Fresh As A Rose (F.A.A.R.) is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and professional environment for both clients and caregivers.
Services may be discontinued if a caregiver experiences:
• Rude or abusive behavior
• Belligerent or threatening conduct
• Harassment or unsafe conditions
In such circumstances, no refunds will be issued for the scheduled service.
Right to Refuse or Discontinue Service
Fresh As A Rose (F.A.A.R.) reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if conditions are unsafe or inappropriate for caregivers.
Our priority is to ensure that services are delivered in a respectful and safe environment for everyone involved.
