Want To Become A Caregiver, But You Are Not Certified to Do So?
We welcome individuals who are passionate about caregiving but may not yet be certified. Our company offers an opportunity for you to become a certified Personal Care Aide (PCA) while working with us. The current going rate for PCA certification programs typically ranges from $300 to $800, depending on the provider. However, we are willing to assist with or cover the cost of your certification as long as you commit to working with our company for a specified period of time. (6 months) With a discounted rate.
To be successful in this program, applicants must come prepared and ready to learn. This includes being punctual, taking detailed notes, actively participating in hands-on training, and maintaining a professional attitude throughout the course. These training classes are only available in the Hampton Roads (757) area, so applicants must be able to attend in person.
