Fresh As A Rose (F.A.A.R.) is a compassionate in-home care service dedicated to assisting individuals and families who need support with personal care and daily living activities. F.A.A.R. operates under the JASMINE NICHOLE WEBSTER TRUST, which oversees the organization and its commitment to serving the community with integrity and compassion.
About Jasmine
Jasmine is one of the primary caregivers serving through Fresh As A Rose (F.A.A.R.). She has been providing caregiving services since 2006, while also managing and operating several independent business ventures.
Known for her compassionate nature and dedication to those she serves, Jasmine has earned strong reviews and appreciation from families throughout the DMV area. Her caregiving approach focuses on dignity, patience, and genuine care for each individual.
Jasmine currently provides services within Stafford, Virginia and select surrounding communities, offering assistance to individuals who may need help with bathing, dressing, and other activities of daily living.
Community Care Commitment
One of the core values of Fresh As A Rose is community accessibility.
In many cases, Jasmine personally offers services at a special community rate to help families who may need assistance but cannot always afford traditional agency pricing.
When Jasmine’s schedule is unavailable, additional caregivers (Staff) within the F.A.A.R. network may be assigned. In those cases, standard agency service rates apply to ensure the caregivers and agency operations are properly supported.
Regardless of who provides the service, every caregiver representing F.A.A.R. is expected to uphold the same standard of compassion, professionalism, and respect.

With caregiving experience dating back to 2006, Jasmine has spent many years assisting individuals and families who need support with personal care and daily living activities. Her approach to caregiving is simple — treat every client with patience, dignity, and genuine compassion.
Whether someone is recovering from a hospital stay, managing limited mobility, or simply needs assistance with bathing and dressing, Jasmine understands that families want their loved ones to feel comfortable, respected, and well cared for.
Jasmine currently provides services within Stafford, Virginia and select surrounding areas and works closely with the Fresh As A Rose (F.A.A.R.) team to ensure every client receives attentive and professional care.
If Jasmine’s personal schedule is unavailable, additional caregivers within the F.A.A.R. network may be available to assist.
