1. Services Provided
Fresh As A Rose (F.A.A.R.) provides non-medical, in-home assistance services designed to support individuals who may need help with daily living activities.
Services may include but are not limited to:
• Bathing assistance
• Dressing assistance
• Personal hygiene care
• Basic companionship during service visits
• Other Activities of Daily Living (ADL) assistance upon request
Additional services may be offered and priced separately.
F.A.A.R. does not provide medical treatment or medical diagnosis.
2. Scheduling & Availability
Appointments are scheduled based on availability.
Office Hours:
Monday – Friday | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Service times may be arranged outside of office hours when available and agreed upon in advance.
3. Payment Terms
Service fees must be agreed upon prior to the start of services.
Current standard service rate:
$50 per bathing service
Additional services may have separate pricing depending on the level of care requested.
Payments may be required prior to or at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.
4. Cancellations
If a scheduled appointment must be canceled or rescheduled, we kindly request notice as early as possible.
Failure to provide reasonable notice may result in a cancellation fee.
5. Client Responsibilities
To ensure safe and effective service, clients and families agree to:
• Provide a safe environment for care services
• Communicate any health or mobility concerns relevant to services
• Notify F.A.A.R. of any schedule changes in advance
6. Limitation of Services
Fresh As A Rose (F.A.A.R.) provides non-medical personal care assistance only.
Our caregivers do not perform medical procedures, including but not limited to:
• Medication administration
• Medical treatments
• Medical diagnoses
Clients requiring medical services should consult a licensed medical provider.
7. Privacy & Confidentiality
Fresh As A Rose (F.A.A.R.) respects the privacy of every client and family.
All personal information is handled with discretion and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
F.A.A.R does not sell or distribute personal or private information to third parties.
8. Website Use
All content on the F.A.A.R. website is for informational purposes only.
Users agree not to:
• Use the website for unlawful purposes
• Attempt unauthorized access to site systems
• Reproduce or distribute website content without permission
9. Limitation of Liability
Fresh As A Rose (F.A.A.R.) will provide services with care, professionalism, and respect.
